  1. Proper Installation and Usage: The product must be installed and utilized in accordance with BNW’s written specifications, installation guidelines, care instructions, maintenance manuals, and user guides.
  2. Absence of Misuse or Abuse: The product should not have been subject to misuse or abusive damage.

The Covered Product must have been situated in the building as specified in the original billing document, ensuring a dry, fully enclosed environment protected from natural elements and calamities.

Exclusions from warranty coverage include:

a. Normal Wear and Tear b. Acts of God c. Unauthorized Product Alterations d. Natural Variations: Such as color or texture variations in wood, fabric, and leather. e. Natural Aging: Materials such as wood, fabric, and leather may exhibit color shifts over time. f. Dye Lot Variations: In fabric, leather, or partition coverings. g. Reverse Crocking: Dyes from clothing transferring onto seating materials.

Warranty coverage is based on the Product Family starting from the final invoice date for all orders placed through http://www.bnwstore.com, subject to adherence to the specified care and usage instructions.   • Ensure all accessories are used for their specified purposes.
  • Handle glass components with utmost care.
  • Use appropriate magnets for magnetic boards.
  • Allow disassembly or alterations by BNW technicians only.

Don’ts:

  • Drag sharp or metallic objects across the work surface.
  • Avoid sitting on the work surface, intended solely for IT equipment.
  • Drag or move partitions; this should be done by BNW technicians.
  • Use strong solvents like petrol, spirit, or thinner for cleaning white marker boards, laminates, fabrics, or leather.
  • Spill any liquids on partition walls.
  • Engage in any form of abuse towards the furniture.
