Product Delivery and Change Requests: Upon delivery and departure from the customer’s premises, BNW Enterprises cannot accommodate change requests, except for damages or defects. We strongly advise the presence of the customer or a family member during delivery to inspect the furniture.

Exchanges: BNW Enterprises does not facilitate exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, the exchanged product will mirror the originally purchased item.

Cancellation: Cancellation of orders is permitted within 24 hours of placement, with no associated charges. After this period, orders will be shipped, and cancellations are not allowed for placed orders.

Damaged or Defective Products: Customers receiving damaged or defective products must email enterprises.bnw@gmail.com with images of the issue upon delivery. Following confirmation by our quality team, replacement of the defective part will commence.

Refunds for Other Reasons: Customers desiring refunds for reasons other than damage or defects must bear a fee of Rs 1500 for sanitization, repackaging, quality checks, and transportation for each product. Notification of the return must be made to  within 12 hours of delivery.

Returns: BNW Enterprises accepts returns solely for products damaged upon arrival. Customers must inform us upon arrival of material and provide photographic evidence. Refunds will be issued if replacements or replacement parts are unavailable. Resolution of warranty-related issues may take up to 7 days, with replacements requiring up to 15 days. If the issue cannot be rectified or replaced, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping Costs for Returns: BNW Enterprises offers reverse pickup and replacement services at no cost to the customer in cases of damaged products only.

Cancellations by the Company: If a product is found defective or cannot be repaired or replaced due to technical issues, customers may opt to purchase a similar product, with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly within 6-7 business days.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via cheque, NEFT transfer, or credited back to the original Credit/Debit Card. The chosen method will be determined by BNW Enterprises, with notification sent via email and/or phone. Refunds typically take 2 weeks, and cheques will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Initiating Returns or Cancellations: Customers should contact our Customer Care team via email at enterprises.bnw@gmail.com. Notification of damaged or defective products must be made  upon arrival of product. Products returned without prior notification will not be accepted, and associated costs will be borne by the customer.
